KLIQ MGMT delivers tailored solutions to enhance brand presence and performance on TikTok Shop. Our expertise spans affiliate management, paid advertising, logistics coordination, and content strategy, ensuring optimal growth and engagement.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By utilising KLIQ MGMT’s services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you should refrain from using our services.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information necessary for the successful execution of services. KLIQ MGMT shall not be held liable for delays or issues arising from the provision of incorrect or incomplete information.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made in full prior to commencement, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing. Invoices are payable immediately upon receipt. Non-payment or late payment may result in the suspension or termination of services.
**6. Confidentiality**
KLIQ MGMT is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client information. We shall not disclose proprietary data without prior written consent, except where required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, strategies, and materials developed by KLIQ MGMT remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon settlement of outstanding fees, ownership rights of the final deliverables transfer to the client.
8. Limitation of Liability
KLIQ MGMT shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the relevant services.
9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Fees for services rendered up to the termination date remain payable in full.
10. Amendments to Terms
KLIQ MGMT reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any updates, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
